How To Operate Strand Threading Machine Safety?

Steel strand threading machine is widely used in various precast beam and cast-in-situ beam construction sites. This kind of machine is simple to operate and has high efficiency. Next, we will introduce the operation process and precautions of the threading machine.
 
Operation flow:
 
1. Lift the steel strand bundle to the end of the prefabricated beam, about 10 meters away from the prefabricated beam, fix it with the steel strand cage, and open the bundle.
 
2. Install the cable threading machine in place.
 
3. Pass one end of the strand head through the cable threading machine.
 
4. The other end of the beam starts the power supply of the cable threading machine, and the cable threading machine starts to work.
 
5. When the steel strand reaches the other end of the beam and reaches the exposed length required by the steel strand, the power controller turns off the power supply of the threading machine and enters the operation of one end of the steel strand at the same time.

Note:
 
1. Operators at both ends should cooperate closely, especially when the operator at the inlet end is cutting steel strand or sleeve guide cap, the operator at the outlet end should not put his hand on the control button to prevent misoperation from hurting people.
 
2. Personnel should be prohibited from crossing at both ends during work to prevent steel strand from popping up and hurting people.
 
3. When the pressure wheel slips during work and the steel strand is moving forward, stop the machine immediately to avoid excessive wear of the steel strand and the pressure wheel. The reason will be found out and solved before continuing to work.
 
4. There is a forced interlocking emergency stop design for the cutting machine and the main motor in the circuit diagram, and the user can choose to use it.
