What do you need to know about the anchor?

Prestressed anchors are used more and more widely and play an important role in the construction of Bridges, highways and other projects. There are some things to pay attention to when the anchor works.

Anchor is suitable for concrete prestressed tensile anchor in the construction process. It is commonly used in bridge construction. The positioning is pre-installed, and then the concrete is poured, and the anchor is buried at the two ends of the concrete, namely the bellows, which are set for the stability of the jack during stretching.

All points for attention of anchor:

Firstly, the grouting of the channel of the multi-span continuous prestressed tendons connected by connectors should be stretched for one span and then reperfused for another span.

The exposed length of the prestressed reinforcement after anchorage shall not be less than 30mm, and the anchor shall be protected by the sealing concrete. When long exposure is needed, anti-rust measures should be taken; When the steel strand has floating rust, please remove the floating rust and dirt of the anchor clamp and its outer end of the steel strand, so as to avoid the floating rust and dirt filling the red groove of the clip during installation and stretching, resulting in slippage ‍.

Anchor cone holes and clips shall not be attached to sediment and other debris. The anchor shall be properly kept, and there shall be no sundries such as rust and mud when it is used. During stretching, the surface of the anchor strand should be free of rust, mud and other sundries. The limit size of the drawing time limit plate should be adjusted according to the diameter of the steel hinge line used. The clip is coated with anti-rust lubricant when leaving the factory. When conducting static load anchorage performance test, it should be cleaned to ensure the accuracy of the test.

The tool clip of the anchor is three-piece, and the working clip is two-piece. The two cannot be used together. A working anchor cannot be reused as a tool anchor.
