The improved YH3 embossing machine is mainly used to press the fixed end of the prestressed steel strand into a pear-shaped flower-like shape, with mesh, spiral reinforcement or stirrups, and other structural reinforcement, and form a self-anchor anchor head by holding, squeezing, and anchoring between the embossing part of the steel strand and the concrete. This saves the anchor at the fixed end. As long as the splint of the clamping steel strand is replaced, it can also be used in other specifications.

This machine is mainly composed of a hydraulic jack, head, frame, splint holding steel strand, and a set of loose clamp mechanisms. The working principle is shown in figure 2. The steel strand is inserted into the top pressure head splint by the spring elastic force. When the hydraulic cylinder enters the oil, the piston moves and the top pressure head moves with the head of the steel strand. At the same time, the steel strand splint clamps the steel strand by slope, and the splint clamps the steel strand by a slope as the piston moves. In this way, when the piston moves in place, the steel strand between the clamping part of the splint and the top pressure head will be pressed into a pear-shaped flower shape, and then the piston return journey will pull the loose clamping mechanism to drive the splint out, and the steel strand can be taken out. The embossing is finished.
