Product Description
Post Tension Intelligent Synchronous System (DF-ZN-ZL-II/IV) is an innovative achievement with many patents developed and improved from previous products cooperated with dozens of famous domestic research institutes. The Tensioning Phase can be fully automated through its built-in control module, computer and lots of sensors to avoid error or interference caused by human factors. This is the most advanced technology in the field of Post Tension Construction in China.
The Internal Program Language Control is used of Siemens Smart Series S7-200 which has advantages of fast data processing, fast response speed and accurate calculation. And it uses Ethernet as its main communication method. Also, relays, transformers and inverters are developed products cooperated with many well-known institutes in domestic.
As a cutting-edge product, “High-Tech, High Quality and Highly Efficient” are its product mission, aiming to solve manual interference, multi-jack error and real-time supervision for contractors.

The system is mainly controlled by main control unit and auxiliary unit, which controls both ends hydraulic jacks. The control unit is running Transmission signals and data by Built-in wireless module , will do synchronous operation and repair error automatically. The Wireless transmission effective distance is 1 kilometre.
Each Control Machine can support one or two jacks to work synchronously at the same time. The control machine automatically adjusts the working error of each jack, according to the working signal transmitted by the built-in Limited Position Sensor to ensure synchronous operation.
A customizable highly qualified high pressure oil pipe is equipped on the machine, which has a thick protective layer to prevent tear-apart and oil leakage. A more durable, more effcient and more time-saving pipe is what we provide to you.
It is installed at the signal interface of the jack and the control unit to transmit the data during the working of the jack to the control unit.
